CUSTOM BUILD PROCESS
choose your model
Explore our website and once you are ready to choose from our selection of standard models, just add it to your shopping cart.
Make a deposit
Add your desired model to cart and complete checkout. Price reflects a 50% deposit on the base model price. The remaining balance and any price adjustments made due to upgrades/options will be due prior to delivery.
Consultation
Once your deposit is received, our head builder will reach out to you for an in depth design consultation, to confirm your order specifications, and give you an estimated date for delivery for your build.
BEGIN YOUR BUILD
After confirming the details of your build, we will add you to the production queue. Typical production times range from 6-10 months depending on the detail, complexity, or time to source various woods or components. We do our best to give an accurate estimate, but do understand, this is a very small custom shop. Handmade takes time.
ENJOY THE PROCESS
Once we begin work on your guitar, our team will reach out to you throughout the build process with periodic updates on your build so you have a front row seat to the construction of your favorite new axe. Watching your new guitar come to life is an exciting experience, and photos of your guitar in process will allow you to see it up close.
delivery
Upon completion, you will be required to remit the balance for your guitar + any fees for additional upgrades or customizations. After your invoice balance is paid, we will pack up your new guitar and ship to you via UPS, fully insured with tracking information provided. (International Shipping Rates Require Estimate)
